Tarsi Rova
Tarsi Rova graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010. She holds a Master of Sciences in International Studies of the same Law School (2015) as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Law (M2 Droit des affaires approfondi) of the University Sorbonne Paris Nord (2018). She has attended many seminars and training courses, both in Greece and abroad, on various contemporary topics of national, international and EU law.
She worked as a trainee lawyer from 2010 until 2011 in a Law Office in Thessaloniki where she dealt with a big variety of cases of civil, commercial and criminal law. She was registered to the Bar Association of Thessaloniki in 2012 and in 2019 was granted the right to appear before the Appeal Court. She has worked in the European Center of Vocational Education (Cedefop) where she dealt with European Administrative Law and as a Legal-Aid Officer in the non-governmental organization Danish Refugee Council. Since 2017 she is a contracting to the Greek Asylum Service Lawyer providing assistance to the second instance of the administrative asylum procedure and since 2019 to the National Institute of Credit Research where she deals with cases regarding the protection of consumer rights. She has an excellent command of the English and French language, a good command of German and a basic one of Russian while she holds all the relevant language certificates.
She has been working as a Lawyer since 2012 and has mainly dealt with cases concerning:
- Real-Estate: Transfers, Registration of ownership rights in the Land Register, Deletions of Pre-notices of Mortgages & Mortgages, Claims of Ownership, Restitution of use of leased property, Professional Leasing of Immovable Property
- Orders of payment and Statements of Opposition to them
- Bank Loan Agreements and declaration of their terms as void
- Sales of Movable Property and Works Contract
- Applications of Divorce, Disputes regarding Maintenance Obligations towards Children and Custody of Children
- Acceptance and Waiver of Successions
- Establishment and Dissolution of legal entities
- Applications of International Protection and Residence Permits of Foreigners
- Certification and Translation of documents from English and French to Greek and vice-versa
